By accessing training descriptions, schedules, and inquiry forms on motioncore.one, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site.

Motion Core lists educational programs related to site reliability engineering practice. Informational pricing may appear; purchasing flows, if offered separately, will be governed by additional written agreements.

When you contact us, you warrant that details provided are accurate. We may respond using the email or phone you supply. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your own mailboxes and devices.

Curriculum outlines, copy, diagrams, and downloadable templates remain Motion Core property unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not resell or redistribute materials without written permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair performance, or use automated means to harvest personal data of other visitors. Security probes without authorization are prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law, Motion Core is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages tied solely to site availability issues is limited to BRL 500 unless mandatory law states otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts located in the State of Ceará shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend site access for maintenance or legal reasons with reasonable notice when feasible.
