General Terms

These General Terms govern access to motioncore.one and any consulting statements of work executed with Motioncore (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing an engagement letter, you agree to these terms and any referenced addenda.

Content on this website describes advisory and workshop-style offerings related to developer platforms and delivery practices. Unless a separate contract exists, nothing on the site constitutes a binding commitment to schedule, pricing beyond illustrative ranges, or staffing guarantees.

Clients provide timely access to repositories, ticket systems, documentation, and stakeholders necessary for workshops. Clients remain responsible for production changes, vendor negotiations, and decisions affecting employment or procurement.

Deliverables produced specifically for a paid engagement transfer according to the executed statement of work. Motioncore retains rights to generalized methodologies, anonymized patterns, and training materials derived without confidential markers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Motioncore’s aggregate liability arising from advisory services in any twelve-month period is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Either party may terminate an engagement subject to notice periods defined in the statement of work. Website access may be withdrawn if misuse occurs, including attempts to interfere with security or harass personnel.

We may update these General Terms periodically. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
