Money-Back Policy

Scope
This policy covers eligible refunds for paid digital training offerings sold directly by Motion Core when a separate checkout agreement references these terms.
Eligibility window
Consumers domiciled in Brazil may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided digital content has not been fully unlocked and consumed as defined at checkout.
Full refunds
If withdrawal is exercised within the eligibility window and no substantial content has been accessed beyond free previews, we refund 100% of tuition paid to the original payment method where technically possible.
Partial refunds
If more than preview material was accessed but service delivery failed on our side (e.g., missed live sessions without replacement), we may offer partial credits or refunds proportional to the undelivered portion.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, already-downloaded licensed assets, or bespoke consulting blocks delivered in full are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Process and timing
Email hello@motioncore.one with purchase details. We acknowledge within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; card networks may add settlement days.
Cancellations and exceptions
Motion Core may cancel cohorts with low enrollment; in that case you receive a full refund or transfer. Force majeure events may delay sessions without forfeiting your access to rescheduled dates.
