We may process identification data (name), contact data (email, phone), professional data (company, role), technical data (IP, device type, browser), and message content submitted through forms.

Data is used to respond to inquiries (consent/legitimate interest), operate the site (contractual necessity/legitimate interest), and improve content when analytics cookies are allowed (consent).

Form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for disputes or tax obligations. Server logs follow a rolling 90-day window unless security investigations require extension.

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data. Judicial or regulatory requests are assessed with legal counsel before disclosure where permitted.

If processors are located outside Brazil, we adopt clauses compatible with LGPD requirements and document transfer impact where applicable.

We apply TLS in transit, access controls for administrative interfaces, and least-privilege accounts. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to hello@motioncore.one.

Programs target professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us for deletion.

We revise this notice when practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period. Historical versions are available on request.
