Returns & Refunds
Scope
This policy applies to prepaid consulting engagements booked directly with Motioncore where statutory withdrawal rights or contractual clauses permit refunds. Displayed prices are informational until confirmed in writing.
Eligibility window
Where Korean consumer protection rules grant a fourteen-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, that window applies from contract confirmation unless services commenced earlier with explicit consent.
Full refunds
Full refunds apply when Motioncore cancels an engagement before substantive delivery or when duplicate payments occurred due to operational error.
Partial refunds
If work partially completes before cancellation, fees align with completed milestones documented in the statement of work. Unused portions may be credited or refunded proportionally.
Non-refundable items
Third-party licensing fees paid on your behalf, travel already booked per your approval, or bespoke materials delivered electronically may be non-refundable when vendors prohibit recovery.
Process
Email refunds@motioncore.one with engagement reference, cancellation rationale, and banking details where applicable. We acknowledge within five business days.
Processing timeline
Approved refunds initiate within fourteen business days subject to banking cycles. Methods mirror original payment where feasible.
Exceptions
Force majeure, sanctions restrictions, or security incidents may delay processing; we communicate revised timelines promptly.
Consumer rights
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Republic of Korea’s consumer protection frameworks. For disputes, consult Korea Consumer Agency resources or competent courts.
